You will be paired with a coach or mentor, or join group sessions where leaders share insights, challenges, and solutions in a safe and supportive space.
We recommend updating your Growth Card every quarter to track your progress, share or receive feedback, and celebrate achievements.
That’s absolutely fine. You can attend Community Circles, access learning content, and take part in discussions at your own pace.
