Growth Gatherings is a professional development ecosystem founded by Fariha Salahuddin. She built it after 25 years inside Fortune 100 organisations including PepsiCo, GSK, Citi and Unilever, where she saw the same pattern again and again: people were left to grow alone, without the right structures, conversations or community around them.
Growth Gatherings changes that. Through six interconnected components, it builds the conditions for real growth inside organisations and for individuals at every stage of their careers.

Begin with your Growth Card and Playbook to set goals, track progress, and reflect. Join Growth Circles to connect with peers, mentors, and coaches who will support your growth journey.
You will be paired with a coach or mentor, or join group sessions where leaders share insights, challenges, and solutions in a safe and supportive space.
We recommend updating your Growth Card every quarter to track your progress, share or receive feedback, and celebrate achievements.
